Urinal
| Ernest Hemingway and his second wife, Pauline, had over 30 cats! The cat's watering trough above is a discarded urinal which came from Sloppy Joe's bar, he of the original sloppy joe. Hemingway said he thought he owned it, as he had pissed thousands of dollars of booze through it. Pauline, not excited by the trough, camouflaged it as best she could with a large urn which served as a fountain and delivered fresh water to the one-time men's room fixture. |
